Investment and Minimum Equity:

• Minimum Investment: Applicants must make an eligible personal investment of at least $200,000 CAD. This can include Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E), as well as updates to branding, location, and technology.
• Ownership Stake: You must own a minimum of one-third (33.3%) of the company in British Columbia.
• Job Creation: You must demonstrate that the business will create at least one permanent, new full-time equivalent job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Business Structures: Partnerships, agricultural businesses, and franchise operations are all permitted under the BC PNP, provided they meet specific commercial guidelines.
