The process operates on an Expression of Interest (EOI) system, where top-scoring candidates are invited to submit a detailed Business Establishment Plan (BEP). 2. The SINP Farm Owner and Operator Category Designed specifically for agricultural enthusiasts and experienced farmers, this stream provides an opportunity to purchase and operate a commercial farm in the province. It allows Saskatchewan to benefit from the expertise of ambitious agricultural entrepreneurs, with a specific “Young Farmer Stream” available for applicants under the age of 40.
